SAFETY TIPS TO PROTECT AGAINST PHISHING EMAILS OR TEX MESSAGES
· Don’t share your information. Phishing emails, phone calls or texts impersonate Chase, asking you to confirm or provide personal or account information.
· Protect your money. Never transfer your money to someone’s account claiming that they need the money for urgent help or protection
· Don’t click on suspicious links. Be wary of phishing emails – do not click on links, and only access Chase via the Mobile app or www.chase.com
· Never share security codes. Never share the security codes Chase may send by text or email to confirm your identity.
· Don’t fall for intimidation. Scams often try to create a feeling of urgency or alarm, by threatening to close or suspend your account if you don’t take immediate action.
